Can I Get An Amen?
Here's a copy of an email I just received from my aunt.
"God has blessed us with good reports the last two weeks. We had another MRI of the brain done on December 24th and the report came back clear. The one on the 16th was good but this was a very detailed one done to prepare for the Cyberknife. We had a PET scan done on December 29th and the report on that came back clear as well. That means that Jimmy is cancer free from head to toe at this point. God is good! We went to Houston yesterday (Jan.6th) to meet with our doctor at M.D. Anderson. She remains very positive that we have a good plan in place. She feels that the chemo (which is a drug combination) has been effective and we will complete the chemo treatment at the end of this six week cycle. The Cyberknife procedure will complete our treatment process. It should begin some time next week in Jackson and will be broken down into five treatments most likely. The Cyberknife is an amazing thing - it sends multiple beams of radiation to a specific place inside the body by a robotic arm. We are so thankful for the prayers and support that we have received."
Is God good or what?! This is fantastic news! Please be in prayer for my uncle Jimmy as he undergoes this next phase of treatment. Thank you so much!
